The Challenge
A pitch to a car manufacturer needed buyers to make fast, confident decisions about color and part specifications without needing physical inventory on hand — and the rendering had to be convincing enough that a color or trim swap actually felt like seeing the real car, not a low-fidelity 3D preview.
Our Approach
We built this on Unity Forma specifically for its high-quality real-time rendering pipeline, since a car configurator lives or dies on whether the render looks convincingly real when a buyer swaps a color or part. Customization was built around color and body-part selection as the core interaction, keeping the interface simple so the rendering quality did the actual selling.
