Questions about pricing

Is the Prototype Sprint really fixed at $4,500?

Yes, for the defined scope we agree in writing before we start. If your idea needs more, we tell you first.

What does a "from" price mean?

It is the starting price for a small, clearly defined project: $8,000 for games, $10,000 for AR, VR and XR, $6,000 for AI and $3,000 for web. You get a written plan and quote before any full project starts.

How do payments work on a full project?

By milestone, against the written plan.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. You own the code, art and IP we create for you. Tools we already had and third party assets keep their own licences, and we tell you which ones are used.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign yours, or send ours, before you share details.

Can I hire a developer instead of a project?

Yes. Developers are $20 to $40 per hour, hourly or monthly, depending on the role and availability.

Do you work with agencies on a white label basis?

Yes. We can work as an unbranded delivery partner for agencies, under NDA, and the client relationship stays with your agency. Our published rates and the Prototype Sprint apply, and the terms for each project are agreed with you on a call before work starts.

What does a Prototype Sprint deliver?

We build around your main pain point and deliver a working solution to it, end to end, on the device you choose. Anything beyond that core goes into the plan for the full project.

Does the Sprint fee count toward the full project?

Yes. If you continue to a full project with us after the Sprint, the $4,500 Sprint fee counts toward the full project price.
