PRIVACY POLICYYour data, in plain words
What we collect when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, and how you stay in control. No legal fog.
Last updated: October 2026
- We collect only what you give us: your name, your email and what you write to us.
- We use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. Nothing else.
- We never sell your data, and this website has no advertising trackers.
- The newsletter is your choice. You only get it if you tick the box, and one click stops it.
- You stay in control. Email us and we show you, correct or delete what we hold about you.
01Who we are
This website belongs to Pixent Interactive Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U72900GJ2021PTC120887).
Office: D-510, Titanium Business Park, behind Divyabhaskar Press, near Railway Under Bridge, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051, India.
We are the company responsible for your data. European law calls this the data controller, and Indian law calls it the data fiduciary. For anything about privacy, write to business@pixentinteractive.com.
02What we collect, and why
We only collect what we need for the thing you asked us to do.
We rely on your consent when you fill in a form or tick the newsletter box, on our contract with you when you become a client, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.
03What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
- We do not use advertising cookies or follow you around the internet.
- We do not build a profile of you, and no decision about you is made by a machine alone.
- We do not ask for sensitive details, such as health or financial information, through this website.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us details, tell us and we delete them.
05Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and to talk to you. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
Some of these companies store data outside your country, for example in the European Union or the United States. They are bound by contracts that require them to protect it.
06How long we keep it
- Inquiries, chat messages and call bookings: up to 2 years after our last contact, then we delete them.
- Demo link requests: up to 12 months.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one click link to stop it.
- Client records and invoices: as long as Indian tax and company law requires, which is usually 8 years.
- Website visit details: a few weeks, and only as totals.
07Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data
- stop using your data, or take back a consent you gave
- stop the newsletter at any time
Write to business@pixentinteractive.com. It costs nothing, and we answer within 30 days.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In India this is the Data Protection Board of India. In the European Union and the United Kingdom it is your national data protection authority.
08Client projects and NDAs
Material you share with us for a project, such as documents, designs, data and code, is covered by our contract and our NDA with you. Those are stricter than this page and always come first.
- Only the people working on your project can see your material.
- Everyone who works on it is bound by confidentiality.
- We do not use your project material to train AI models.
- At the end of a project we hand everything over, and delete our copies if you ask.
09How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted connection. Access to inquiries and client material is limited to the people who need it, and protected by passwords and two step sign in.
No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong and your data is affected, we tell you and the authorities, as the law requires.
10Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top. If the change is important, we also tell newsletter readers and current clients by email.
