Sarcoma is a rare cancer. Patients and families often struggle to find clear, reliable information, and specialist time is limited.

Searching online leads to confusing or wrong answers, at a moment when people are already anxious.

The client wanted patients to get trustworthy guidance immediately, at any hour, without replacing their doctors.
