PIXENT DEMO · REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION XR

See a building before it is built

We built this demo to show property developers and builders what XR can do for them. Place a whole tower on a meeting room table in mixed reality, open it up, and walk buyers through every furnished apartment, before a single brick is laid.

THE PROBLEM

Selling homes that do not exist yet

Developers sell apartments years before they are built. Buyers are asked to commit based on floor plans, renders and a small physical model.

Most people cannot picture a home from a floor plan. Physical models are expensive, cannot change, and never leave the sales office.

We wanted to show developers a better way: a building that buyers can explore in detail, anywhere, at any scale.

HOW WE SOLVED IT

A sales office in a headset

We built a mixed reality demo on Meta Quest that turns any meeting room into a sales office.

  1. 01

The whole tower on your table

In mixed reality, a full residential tower appears inside the real room. Buyers walk around it and look at it from every side.

THE CHALLENGEA digital model has to sit naturally in a real room, at a believable scale.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe anchored the model to real surfaces and tuned its scale and lighting so it feels like a physical model.
  2. 02

Open it up, floor by floor

With a simple hand menu, buyers move from the tower to a single floor and see the layout of every apartment.

THE CHALLENGEMoving between building, floor and apartment can easily confuse first time users.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe kept navigation to a few clear choices on a hand menu that is always within reach.
  3. 03

    Every room, fully furnished

Each apartment is shown furnished, with wood floors, marble and real furniture, so buyers can imagine living there.

THE CHALLENGEDetailed interiors for a whole building are heavy for a standalone headset.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe optimised every model and texture so the full building stays smooth on Meta Quest.
THE OUTCOME

What it shows developers

We use this demo to show developers and builders how XR can help them sell homes before they are built, and avoid costly misunderstandings during planning.

  • Buyers explore real layouts instead of guessing from floor plans
  • One headset can replace bulky physical models in the sales office
  • Ready to adapt to a real project: send us your plans and see your building in 2 to 3 weeks
