CASE STUDY · BRAND VR

A pharma company’s world, in one headset

For a Europe based medicine manufacturer, we built a VR showroom for visitors to their factory. Guests learn the controls, tour the company in 360° videos we produced, and finish with a fast virus fighting game.

THE PROBLEM

World class work, hidden behind closed doors

Medicine is made in sterile, closed production areas. Even visitors standing inside the factory cannot walk in and see how the work is actually done.

The company wanted every factory visitor to understand their facilities and processes, and to remember the brand afterwards.

It had to work in two languages, and for people who had never used VR.

HOW WE SOLVED IT

Open the doors, virtually

We built a VR showroom with five connected rooms, each with one clear job, and produced the 360° videos inside it.

  1. 01

    A gentle start

Every visit begins in a tutorial room that teaches the controls, so first time users feel confident.

THE CHALLENGEExhibition visitors have a few minutes and no VR experience.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe designed a short guided space that teaches only what is needed, then lets visitors move on.
  2. 02

    One lobby, every story

A central lobby lets visitors jump to any part of the experience.

THE CHALLENGESeveral rooms had to feel like one smooth journey, not separate apps.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe built seamless transitions between rooms with one consistent way to move around.
  3. 03

    Two languages, one button

Visitors switch language at any moment with a press of a controller button.

THE CHALLENGESwitching language live, across video, text and menus, without breaking anything.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe built the language system into every room from day one, so one press changes everything at once.
  4. 04

    See inside, then have fun

A 360° video room shows real facilities and processes. Then a virus fighting mini game with a scoreboard keeps people playing and talking.

THE CHALLENGEHigh quality video and a fast game both had to run smoothly on a standalone headset.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe optimised video playback, baked the lighting and trimmed every scene for stable performance on Meta Quest.
  5. 05

    A host leads the tour

In Master Mode, a presenter chooses what to show and every guest headset follows. Guests simply watch, so the presentation stays on track.

THE CHALLENGEIn VR, guests can wander off or get lost, which breaks a guided presentation.
HOW WE SOLVED ITWe built a host and guest setup where one presenter controls the content for everyone at once.
THE OUTCOME

A factory tour that goes where visitors cannot

The showroom now welcomes visitors at the company’s factory, showing the production areas they could never enter in person.

  • Visitors understand the processes, not just the logo
  • The client came back for a second version with Master Mode for hosted tours
  • We produced and rendered the 360° videos ourselves, from client briefs to final delivery
  • The scoreboard game keeps guests playing and talking
